Special vehicle MONTRAKS
Special vehicle – the access platform MONTRAKS is intended for repairs and maintenance of tram contact lines.
The vehicle is fitted with a moving platform with 360° rotation capacity. The extension arm of the platform installation may be rotated 90° to both sides of the vehicle. The platform may be installed on a telescopic beam to increase the reach. The platform is mounted on insulators. The extension arm and platform movements are radio-controlled from the operator’s cabin and from the portable panel.
The vehicle may travel on tramway tracks, the rail carriages are hydrostatically driven. The vehicle may travel with persons on the platform. The vehicle is additionally fitted with tool containers on both sides.
