Who we are
Przemysłowy Instytut Maszyn Budowlanych Sp. z o.o. is the final manufacturer of special vehicles intended for maintenance of the tram infrastructure and rescue vehicles for elimination of consequences of tramway road incidents: rescue cranes TRAM, working platforms MONTRAKS, track maintenance vehicles POTEKS, and transport vehicles TRANSKAB.
The Company has major potential and experience in providing special vehicle conversion for industrial applications, including for the police, the military, and other, in accordance with the client’s specification.
Extensive production facilities, well-developed infrastructure and machine stock, including a modern CNC water cutting system, allow to provide services in the area of cooperation services in the production of metal structures and machine parts intended for a broad range of applications, pursuant to own and provided documentation.
PIMB Sp. z o.o. offers also services in the area of testing, including in the scope of special vehicle custom approvals, on the basis of the licence issued by the Ministry of Transport, Building Industry and Maritime Economy, and testing lateral stability (mostly for tanks, buses and rescue and firefighting vehicles).
The operations of the Company is based on the quality assurance systems pursuant to the requirements of the standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10, the document NATO AQAP 2110:2016, and the standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (applicable in research and testing).

The company it is located in Kobyłka near Warsaw. This central location facilitates personal business contacts with prospective clients, reduces reaction time in case of maintenance operations, and helps reduce costs of transport (if required).
Zakład Doświadczalny Biskupiec Sp. z o.o., in which PIMB Sp. z o.o. has 100% shareholding, produces electronic and mechanical elements for the construction equipment industry, as well as components and systems for automatics and control for special-purpose products. The company offers also services in product repair and refurbishing, along with the possibility of developing new designs and modifying the existing products.
